Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Psychology and Human Resource Management.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, staffing, or human resource
• Able to use recruitment tools such as interview skill, ATS Analysis
• Good Communication, deep analytical, knowledge of current recruitment and hiring trends
• Team player and agile

Responsibilities:

• Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
• Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online
• employment forums, and social media
• Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations, and enforcing within the company
