Chief Accounting

General Requirement:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Min 3 years experience in the same position at 3 or 4 star hotel
• Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, and risk management
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Good interpersonal and communication skill, fast learner, work well with pressure
• Familiar with VHP system
